Claire Kieffer-Wright cleared a height of 5'10" winning SPHS a state championship.

sophomore Claire Kieffer-Wright scored the school a California State Championship in High Jump at the CIF track and meet Saturday. She cleared a height of 5'10".

“This felt really good, I had my family and teammates supporting me out there. This was great,” Kieffer-Wright told Pasadena Sun.

“This was really nerve-racking, especially after I missed my first attempt at 5-3. It was a little bit shaky out there, but I knew I just had to compete.”
