Umami Burger To Open in Pasadena

Umami Restaurant Group announced last week that it will be opening an additional restaurant at 49 East Colorado Boulevard in Old Town Pasadena by the end of 2012.

“Pasadena has a great dining scene,” said founder and owner of Umami Restaurant Group, Adam Fleischman, in a press release June 8.  “We hope the community in Old Town Pasadena embraces us.”

The Umami Burger in Pasadena will be "sleek, modern and minimalist, inspired by the nearby Apple Store", according to the release.

Umami Burger opened its 11th location in Laguna Beach June 13.
