Police allege a man who stole motorcycles from a South San Francisco storage facility was behind several other thefts in the East Bay.

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — South San Francisco police worked with authorities in the East Bay to arrest a man accused of stealing motorcycles from a storage facility last month.

The investigation began Feb. 22 when officers were dispatched to a commercial burglary and vehicle theft call at a facility on South Spruce Avenue.

Detectives worked with the East Bay Regional Parks Police Department to track down the suspect, who police identified Wednesday as Brian Ray, 45, of Bay Point. Investigators allege Ray was linked to several earlier vehicle burglaries in EBRPPD's jurisdiction.
