Man Turns Himself in for Allegedly Prostituting Mentally Ill Girlfriend
Nicholas Geranios turned himself into a San Francisco police department on Tuesday after a San Mateo County judge issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of prostituting his girlfriend online.

A man accused of advertising his 21-year-old mentally disabled girlfriend for prostitution has turned himself in, according to the South San Francisco Police Department.
South San Francisco resident Nicholas George Geranios, 27, turned himself in at a San Francisco police department on Tuesday evening and is being held without bail at the San Francisco County Jail.
Investigators began searching for Geranios on Sept. 15 after receiving a report that he was advertising his mentally disabled girlfriend on various websites, police said.

Investigators located the woman and confirmed her sexual services had been offered online throughout San Mateo County, police said. Geranios allegedly received the money from the transactions, according to police.
