SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — The South San Francisco High School Warriors will not have a varsity football team this year due to lack of interest, the San Mateo Daily Journal reports.
The Warriors will continue their junior varsity football program, and hope to have enough players to field a varsity team in 2022.
As the Daily Journal reports, the South City varsity team has not won a game since 2017.
