Because the review is ministerial, the county’s decision can’t be appealed, meaning approval or denial will immediately shape what happens next on this prominent neighborhood site. 
• Public comment opens on Strawberry seminary development environmental report (thearknewspaper.com) — Strawberry residents are being asked to weigh in on a massive redevelopment of the former Golden Gate Baptist Seminary site, with public comments due by Jan. 26. The 127-acre plan would add hundreds of homes, a senior-care facility, and public amenities while leaving most of the campus as open space, but the environmental report flags unavoidable traffic, emissions, and construction-noise impacts.
