Coif Salon Hosts Modeling Shoot for BANGSTYLE

The products were on display over the weekend.

In a charming courtyard just outside of top hair artists and models demonstrated styling tips for the BANGSTYLE product shoot held this past weekend in the Tujunga Village.

Official BANGSTYLIST Palma, owner of The Hair Spot, and hair artist Stephen Ratliff, owner of Ecco Salon, worked their magic on camera, illustrating how to properly use the BANGSTYLE Sea Salt Mist, Thickening Fiber Gel, Volumizing Mousse, Firm Hold Gel, Smoothing Lotion, Firm Hold Spray, Firm Matte Clay, and Medium Hold Paste.

The prime location also hosted a spontaneous event. Curious bystanders, captivated by the stylish black bottles of hair product and artwork created by Max Neutra, made their way toward the event table overflowing with goodies donning the BANGSTYLE logo.

Visitors who stopped by were offered free stickers, plastic wrist bands, sunglasses, condoms, sachets, and the option of taking a professional photo against the Neutra artwork. One lucky visitor was even given a quick style with the BANGSTYLE Medium Hold Paste by Palma.

A full two days of artistry and creative genius, the BANGSTYLE shoot was both encouraging and entertaining—a success in our book.

“The shoot was inspirational because we were able to shoot outside in the environment of nature,” Palma said. ”It was great to be there; to be able to just be free—there’s no walls. Sometimes as hairstylists, we forget to think outside of the box, and so I actually got to do hair outside of the box. For me, it was truly a learning experience. The minute you start to feel uncomfortable is the minute you begin to grow. I definitely have grown in these last few days.”
