LOS ANGELES, CA — Authorities Friday sought public help to solve the fatal shooting of a man who died at a San Fernando Valley area hospital after being dropped off at the emergency room by an unidentified man, who's being sought for questioning. Jose Luis Ramirez, 57, of Pacoima was brought to the undisclosed medical facility about 11 a.m. Thursday, the Los Angeles Police Department reported. He died on Thursday afternoon. "Detectives are currently attempting to (determine) the location where the shooting occurred and identify the unknown male who dropped the victim off at the hospital," according to an LAPD statement. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call the LAPD Valley Bureau homicide office at (818) 374-1934, or (877) LAPD-247.City News Service
