House Fire Spreads To Multiple Homes, Nearby Brush In Studio City
Residents in the area were advised to prepare for a potential evacuation, according to Los Angeles city officials.
STUDIO CITY, CA โ Crews extinguished a house fire that spread to multiple homes Wednesday night in Studio City.
The blaze, dubbed the Sunswept Fire, sparked at a house on Sunswept Drive. The fire consumed the four-story home before spreading to neighboring homes and nearby brush, according to reports.
More than 50 firefighters knocked down the blaze, which created small spot fires and caused some damage to exposed buildings, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported.

No injuries were reported.
Residents near Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Mulholland Drive, as well as Coldwater Canyon Avenue and Ventura Boulevard in Studio City, were initially advised to prepare for a potential evacuation, according to Los Angeles city officials.
