Man Charged in Stalking Studio City Starlet Mila Kunis
Suspect is expected in court on Friday.
A man accused of stalking actress Mila Kunis from July 2011 until his arrest earlier this month is expected to appear in a downtown Los Angeles courtroom tomorrow morning for arraignment, the District Attorney’s Office announced.
Deputy District Attorney Wendy Segall of the Target Crimes Division said Stuart Lynn Dunn, 27 (dob 4/29/1985), is charged in case No. BA397717 with one count each of stalking in violation of a restraining order and stalking.
Dunn is scheduled to be arraigned in Department 30 of the Foltz Criminal Justice Center after 8:30 a.m.
In February 2012, the defendant was ordered to stay away from the Kunis for three years after he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling.
The charge stemmed from an incident in January 2012 during which Dunn – after making repeated calls seeking the victim’s personal information – broke into a vacant condo owned by Kunis and temporarily inhabited the property.
The new case, filed for warrant on May 16, involves allegations that Dunn waited for Kunis in the parking lot of her gym on three consecutive days.
Bail for Dunn is recommended at $150,000. If convicted as charged, the defendant faces a maximum prison term of four years in state prison.
The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department’s Threat Management Unit.
