Sylvester Stallone's Son, Who Died in Studio City, Died of Heart Attack, No Drugs
The Los Angeles Coroner made the announcement Thursday.

The 36-year-old son of died of a heart attack and had no drugs in his system, except for a small amount of an over-the-counter pain killer, the coroner's office announced today.
"The cause was atherosclerotic coronary artery disease," coroner's Lt. Fred Corral said of Sage Stallone's death. "A natural death. The toxicology tests were negative for drugs."
The Stallone family was notified of the findings at about 4:30 p.m., Corral said, adding they were "glad to hear it was all completed."

was found dead July 13 at his home in the 8100 block of Mulholland Terrace.
"When a parent loses a child there is no greater pain," Sylvester Stallone said in a statement at the time. "Therefore I am imploring people to respect my talented son's memory and feel compassion for his loving mother Sasha"

Sage was Stallone's oldest child by first wife Sasha Czack, who is also known as Sasha Ash.
"Sage was our first child and the center of our universe and I am humbly begging for all to have my son's memory and soul left in peace," the 66- year-old Stallone said.
In 1990's "Rocky V," Sage Stallone, then 14, played Rocky Balboa Jr. and also appeared with his father in 1996's "Daylight." He also worked as a director and screenwriter and owned the releasing company Grindhouse.
Asked if it was uncommon for younger men and women to have arteries clogged to the point of a heart attack, Corral said: "It's not like every day, but we get them."
