Valley Street Takeover Busted By Police

Daredevils who took over Roscoe Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon Avenue to do donuts in the intersection got their cars impounded instead.

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA โ€” Police broke up a street takeover in North Hollywood Thursday night, detaining 15 people and arresting at least one person.

The Los Angeles Police Department was called to Roscoe Boulevard and Coldwater Canyon Avenue shortly after 9 p.m. to respond to a report of several vehicles engaging in a street takeover, said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Drake Madison.

Footgage from the scene showed a mass of skid marks in the intersection where drivers had been doing donuts. Police were detaining people and impounded their vehicles.

KCAL 9 reported several vehicles were being impounded.
