SCHOOL EXPERIENCE SURVEY -Return by Thursday 3/28/12

IMPORTANT: Families may complete the form online with the individual numerical code from the paper survey or follow online instructions with your child's birthdate.

The website is: http://schoolsurvey.lausd.net.  Online deadline is April 9th.

Return paper forms by Thursday, March 28 to your child's teacher.

 YEARBOOK AND 8th GRADE T SHIRT SALES: Come to the Student Store to buy a yearbook for $30.00. After April 4th they will be $35.

8th grade T shirts are available for $15.00 in the Student Store.

 

REMINDER TO ALL STUDENTS & PARENTS: There are No Deliveries or Drop Offs at School. Walter Reed Middle School regrets that we can no longer accept items for delivery to students. Please be responsible for bringing all necessary items when you report to school in the morning. We are no longer able to accept deliveries of any kind including items such as homework, lunch money, gym clothes and food. Please do not ask your parents or others to bring items to school for delivery. It will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

HOMEWORK HELP:  If you need help with your homework after school, come to the library on Monday's and Thursday's from 3:10 - 4:10 pm.

 

FROM THE DEAN'S OFFICE:  Reminder that Uniforms are to be worn every day.

Hats and hoods are not allowed to be worn during the school day on campus.

 

Please Help with Instrument Check Out: For an easy, quick and fun way to make a great contribution to the music department, sign-up to spend 20 minutes checking instruments In/Out either at 7:30am, or 2:50pm (1:20pm on Tuesdays). Even 1 day a week helps.
