2 Arrested In Shooting Near Fairfield Apartment Complex
Two guns were recovered from an apartment on Peach Tree Drive, police say. (Breaking)

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — Fairfield police arrested two men early Sunday morning after gunfire was reported outside an apartment complex, a police sergeant said. The shooting occurred in the 2200 block of Peach Tree Drive around 2:50 a.m., Sgt. Matt Bloesch said.
Officers did not locate a shooting victim at the scene but learned the shooters fled to an apartment on Peach Tree Drive, Bloesch said.
Officers recovered two guns in the apartment and arrested Matthew Behnamnia, 19, and Daniel Gutierrez, 21, both of Fairfield.

Gutierrez was booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of shooting at an inhabited dwelling, possession of a loaded firearm and for two misdemeanor arrest warrants, Bloesch said.
Behnamnia was booked on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, possession of a controlled substance while armed, and violation of probation, Bloesch said.

There is no indication anyone was injured by the gunfire, Bloesch said.
