Fairfield PAL Launches Wicked-Inspired Soroptimist Girls Circle!
Defy the Drama of Friendship!

This August, things are getting defyingly different at Fairfield PAL. Thanks to the support of the Soroptimist of Central Solano County, PAL is thrilled to launch a new Girls Circle® series—this one with a magical twist.
Titled “Defying the Drama: A Wicked-Themed Girls Circle,” this ten-week journey uses the iconic story of Wicked to help girls explore the power of friendship, inclusion, and inner strength—because every girl deserves a chance to feel Popular, understood, and empowered. The circle will meet every Wednesday at 5pm starting on August 20 at Fairfield PAL. A FREE PAL membership is required.
Girls Circle® is a nationally recognized, evidence-based model designed to increase self-worth, connection, and relational skills in youth who identify with female development. Tailored for teens, this session will help girls develop the confidence to fly on their own terms.

“It’s about more than just friendship—it’s about breaking cycles of exclusion, drama, and self-doubt. Just like Elphaba and Glinda, these girls will discover how different paths can still lead to powerful, meaningful bonds,” said program organizers.
