Fairfield Police Investigate Shooting On Travis Blvd.
A victim suffered life-threatening injuries in the shooting this week, Fairfield police say.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — A victim suffered life-threatening injuries in a shooting late Monday afternoon in Fairfield, according to police. At 4:30 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 1300 block of Travis Boulevard.
At the scene, officers found evidence of a shooting in a parking lot. A shooting victim was then located away from the scene of the shooting, after a friend attempted to take them to the hospital.
An ambulance eventually transported the victim to the hospital.
