FAIIRFIELD-Fairfield Police say a young boy drowned in a bathtub Tuesday morning at a Fairfield residence. Police dispatch received the call at 10:51 a.m. that a 4-year-old boy had drowned in the 1400 block of Jefferson Street. Efforts to resuscitate the boy were unsuccessful, according to police. The child was in the care of a relative at the time of the incident, which remains under investigation.-Bay City News
