Solano County Mandatory Evacuation Areas Reopened To Residents

BREAKING: Only residents with proof of residency are allowed back in between 2-6 p.m.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — All mandatory evacuation areas in Solano County were reopened to residents from 2-6 p.m. Only residents with proof of residency will be allowed past road closures during this time, the Solano County Sheriff's Office said.

Road closures will remain in place for the general public.

The Twin Sisters area is without power and Twin Sisters Road will stay closed at Suisun Valley Road to all non residents until power can be restored. All other road closures will open to the general public at 6 p.m.

"We remind you to be prepared in case conditions change." the sheriff's office said in a statement. "We are incredibly thankful for your patience and cooperation during this past week. Please be mindful of the increased public safety traffic in the area over the next few days as crews continue to work to restore services in the area."
