Video Captures Woman Throwing Dog In Fairfield
The woman, identified as Brandi Chin, is being sought based on the video that Humane Animal Services received on Thursday.

FAIRFIELD-A video circulating on social media over the past week of a woman tossing a dog during a dispute in Fairfield has led to an investigation, according to an officer with Solano County’s Humane Animal Services.
Officer Francisco Piedra said the woman, identified as Brandi Chin, is being sought based on the video that Humane Animal Services received on Thursday.
The video, which was apparently taken on Dec. 19, shows Chin appearing from behind a corner carrying a small black pug. Chin then throws the dog in the direction of her boyfriend, according to Piedra. (Editor’s note: The audio portion of the tape contains coarse language.)

Piedra said Chin’s boyfriend has been contacted. According to the boyfriend, the dog was not injured despite the video showing the animal hitting the ground and rolling several times, Piedra said.
Piedra said investigators learned that Chin threw the dog as a way to get back at her boyfriend during an argument.
