Wanted Fairfield Man Arrested By U.S. Marshals In Sacramento
Marcellis Walton had a $1.5-million warrant out for his arrest.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA — The U.S. Marshals Service Tuesday arrested a suspect in two attempted murders in Fairfield in July, police said Wednesday. Marcellis Walton, 34, of Fairfield, is suspected of shooting one person in the leg and hand and shooting at but missing another person near Kentucky and Hayes streets on July 10.
Police said Walton had an ongoing disagreement with one of the victims.
Fairfield police were able to obtain a $1.5-million warrant for Walton's arrest on two counts of attempted murder.

The U.S. Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force found and arrested Walton Tuesday in Sacramento and he was booked in Solano County Jail.
