• At least 1 killed in Hwy. 58 semi-trailer crash east of Tehachapi: CHP (bakersfieldnow.com) — A deadly crash on westbound Highway 58 just east of Tehachapi killed at least one person Wednesday morning and blocked at least one lane of traffic. CHP says a semi-trailer hit the center divider near Cameron around 7:56 a.m., and the Kern County Coroner will release the victim’s identity later.
