15 Freeway Crash Jams Traffic In Murrieta, Temecula

TEMECULA, CA — Traffic through Murrieta and Temecula was jammed Thursday afternoon on southbound Interstate 15 due to a crash at French Valley Parkway.

At least two vehicles were involved in the crash reported at 3:14 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing children and adults near the incident. An update on injuries, if any, was unavailable.

All southbound lanes were reportedly blocked and traffic was backed up to Murrieta Hot Springs Road in Murrieta. According to the California Highway Patrol, all freeway lanes were reopened at 4:30 p.m.
