5 Injured In 3-Vehicle Crash In Aguanga Saturday
Five people were injured, including two who were seriously hurt, in a three-vehicle crash Saturday afternoon, firefighters said.
AGUANGA, CA — Five people were rushed to the hospital after a three-vehicle crash in Aguanga Saturday afternoon, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
The crash was reported at around 3:35 p.m.on southbound Highway 79 west of Sage Road. At least one person was trapped after the crash, firefighters said.
Two people were transported via air to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. Three others were transported by ground to a hospital: two of them with moderate injuries and one with minor injuries, firefighters said.

The cause of the crash was not immediately known.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
