5 Sex Offenders In Temecula In Violation Of Requirements: Sheriff

TEMECULA, CA — During an annual compliance check on Thursday, five registered sex offenders in Temecula were found to be in violation, the Riverside Sheriff's Department said Friday.

Of 82 registered offenders in the city, 77 were found to comply with annual registration requirements. Each year, registrants are required to verify that they are living at their reported residences and are following any probation or parole terms, the department said.

The five registrants, who were not identified, will be served with arrest warrants, according to the department.
