Ahead Of TVUSD Special Recall Election, Transparency Touted
The public is invited to witness "logic and accuracy testing" at the Riverside County Registrar of Voters office at 10 a.m. May 1.

TEMECULA, CA — Anyone concerned about election integrity ahead of the June 4 Temecula Valley Unified School District, Trustee Area 4, Special Recall Election is invited to witness "logic and accuracy testing" at the Riverside County Registrar of Voters office at 10 a.m. May 1.
The testing is "a critical step in ensuring the integrity" of the voting process; it includes ballot processing and tallying results, the Registrar's office reported in a news release Tuesday night.
According to the Registrar, staff will conduct the tests, which are designed to evaluate the voting system's performance and assure voters that their choices will be accurately recorded.

"Transparency is a key aspect of the election process, and the public is encouraged to attend these tests to witness firsthand the accuracy and reliability of the voting system," the Registrar's office said.
During the June 4 Recall Election, voters in the TVUSD's Trustee Area 4 will be asked a single yes-or-no question: "Shall JOSEPH WAYNE KOMROSKY be recalled (removed) from the office of Governing Board Member, Temecula Valley Unified School District, Trustee Area 4?"

Komrosky was voted into office in 2022 to serve a four-year term. He currently serves as the TVUSD Governing Board's president.
