Another Brush Fire Reported Near Temecula
Smoke from two brush fires was drifting over Southwest Riverside County.

SOUTHWEST RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Southwest Riverside County was getting hit by heavy smoke Monday afternoon.
In addition to a brush fire burning Monday aboard Camp Pendleton, a wildland blaze broke out in North San Diego County near SR-76 and South Mission Road.
The Mission 2 Fire in San Diego County's Fallbrook area was reported at 2:56 p.m. An evening Cal Fire update said the blaze had scorched 21 acres.

The fire was threatening structures, and evacuations were ordered. See all evacuation orders and warnings here.
No injuries were immediately reported.

Just before the Mission 2 Fire broke out, a brush fire was reported Monday aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
The fire was within the base's Zulu Impact Area, which is just southwest of the Temecula-Murrieta area.
