Anza Brush Fire Quickly Doused Sunday: 3 Acres Burn

The small brush fire drew a rapid response Sunday afternoon near Woodview Road.

ANZA, CA — A vegetation fire decreased from five to three or four acres in Anza Sunday.

The fire was reported at 2:55 p.m. in the 37000 block of Woodview Road, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Air crews released retardant around the fire while fire crews continue to work from the ground, officials said.
