BREAKING: Car Fire on I-15 in Temecula; CHP, Fire Engines Respond
BREAKING: The CHP and fire engines from the area have responded to a car fire in Temecula on the I-15 freeway; traffic is heavily jammed.

TEMECULA, CA -- A car fire on the I-15 freeway has resulted in snarled traffic due to a response to the area by the CHP and area fire engines.
Around 12:30 pm, smoke began coming from black BMW while it was on the freeway, and then it quickly became fully engulfed in flames as the driver pulled over to the freeway's shoulder, according to witnesses.

The location is in a southbound lane, a few blocks north of the Temecula Creek Inn.
Neither the driver of the BMW, nor any other motorists or passengers are believed to have been hurt.
