TEMECULA, CA — If you've never stepped inside Old Town Temecula's Corbeaux Wine and Tea House, you're in for a treat. Owned by Regan Schneider, winemaker of Matin Du Bois winery, the restaurant is open for brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner, along with exclusive high tea and special events at least once a month.
Located at 41923 Second Street, Suite 105, on the first floor of the Truax building, the restaurant has a French flair with touches of modern minimalism. Table settings are intimate, and there is usually seating at the bar for tastings or tea, depending on when you visit.
Whether you go for brunch, lunch, or dinner, the atmosphere is welcoming, the menu is inventive, and the tea, wine and cocktail list is extensive.

Patch recently enjoyed afternoon tea with Regan Schneider, the restaurant owner, as she looks forward to celebrating the restaurant's anniversary in April.
We learned a little about her experience as a restaurant owner and family winemaker, sampled her delicious menu, and discussed the sheer delight of tea and company in the afternoon.

When you come for afternoon tea, expect to taste prepared delicacies served in a tower of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and your choice of tea.
Our table was piled high with a sampling of smoked salmon, cucumber, and mushroom crustless sandwiches. We ate our way through tiny yet delectable cream-filled pastries. Each flavor complemented the other in a well-balanced offering paired with a recommended peppermint tea.
We suggest asking your server for tea recommendations. You won't be disappointed.
Schneider and the restaurant's chef, Chris Gimeno, work together to develop menu items based on the season's best flavors, she says.
The restaurant is open for brunch, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea. They recommend reservations unless you don't mind a wait.
Experience High Tea at Corbeaux Wine and Tea House:
Since opening, Corbeaux Wine and Tea House has offered monthly high tea, which has become a favorite among locals and visitors. In the past, they've hosted a Bridgerton-themed event, a Haunted Tea, and many others. In 2025, they held a Winter Wonderland experience in January and a Friends and Lovers High Tea in February. They're focusing on St. Patrick's Day and the love of all things Irish for March.
The reservation-only March high tea event celebrating St. Patrick's Day is planned for March 16.
Chef Chris Gimeno and Owner/Winemaker Regan Schneider have worked out a High Tea menu with a St. Patrick's Day spin, achieving a thoroughly Irish, multiple-course, high tea experience inspired by the seasons, according to the invitation. Each guest is greeted with a complimentary glass of Guinness or iced tea to start the feast as you explore English and Irish teas and Irish-inspired bites. The cost is $95 per person and includes gratuity.

Also on the menu is a seasonal soup, a three-tiered spread of Irish-themed finger sandwiches, dessert, and a pastry tower to enjoy at the table.
"Throughout the seating, guests will explore and enjoy four rounds of seasonal hand-picked premium English and Irish teas and pass around some of our favorite seasonal small bites," Schneider said.
