LAKE ELSINORE, CA -- A two-car crash on a Lake Elsinore freeway Saturday morning left car parts on the roadway. The incident was reported at 8:21 a.m. on northbound Interstate 15 near Railroad Canyon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP incident log said a Mini Cooper and an SUV crash, sending parts of the Cooper onto the road.
The first lane was blocked as a result of the crash.
