Gina Famularo began her career as an attorney in 1997. Today, the Family Law Matters founder, whose Temecula-based firm specializes in divorce and family law, maintains a staff of two senior attorneys and two junior attorneys, with plans to expand to a second office in Riverside in late 2017.

She says that, after reading the book, her clients are more reasonable because they know what to expect during the process. Her advice to anyone going through the legal process is to try to stay out of court whenever possible.

Family Law Matters: While the legal profession has become more competitive with the internet because clients come into the office more informed, Gina has stayed ahead of the competition by creating a flat-fee model. Unlike other law firms that charge by the hour, Family Law Matters offers several legal packages to serve their clients’ needs. This single-fee model even includes court appearances.
