Finding Rainbows In Anza-Borrego: Patch Photo Of The Week

ANZA BORREGO, CA—The weather in southern California has been wonky in February, with alternating wind and rainstorms. Still, this photo, captured by a Patch reader, reminds us of the beauty that is all around us in Southern California.
