Heroin, Meth, Hydrocodone Found In Temecula Traffic Stop: Cops
Sheriff's officials say they pulled the woman over for a vehicle code violation, but instead found much more.

TEMECULA, CA — A Menifee woman remained jailed Thursday on a slew of charges after she was caught in a Temecula traffic stop this week with drugs, police and jail records show.
Christina Marie Quintero, 25, was pulled over around 6:30 p.m. Monday in the area of Jefferson Avenue and Rancho California Road after Temecula police noticed a vehicle code violation on the 1999 Acura she was driving, according to sheriff's Sgt. Sean Liebrand.
When a sergeant ran a records check on Quintero, he found the woman had "several outstanding arrest warrants for narcotics related offenses as well as a suspended license," Liebrand said.

Authorities then searched the woman's car and found "118 grams of methamphetamine, 2.4 grams of heroin, 70.4 grams of marijuana, 10 Hydrocodone pills, packaging, a digital scale and other items common with the sales of narcotics," according to the sergeant.
Quintero was arrested and taken to the French Valley jail on charges related to the possession and transportation of narcotics, according to Liebrand and booking records.

And when she got to jail — authorities found the woman had hidden some more drugs elsewhere, Liebrand said.
"While being processed for booking, an additional 24.5 grams of heroin were located hidden on Quintero’s person," he said.
Quintero was later transferred to the Banning jail, where she remained Thursday, records showed.
