Ice Skating Rink Opens In Old Town Temecula

TEMECULA, CA — Once again, there is ice skating in Temecula.

An annual tradition in Old Town, "Temecula On Ice" returns to Town Square Park (41000 Main Street) starting at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14.

An official grand opening is set for 5 p.m. Fri., Dec. 15.

The rink will remain open daily, rain or shine, through Jan. 7. Hours of operation are:

Sunday through Thursday: 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Friday through Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

A special Dec. 25 Christmas Day skate takes place 12 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and a New Year’s Eve skate is scheduled 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Daily rink admission is $20 (includes skate rental). Admission to the New Year’s Eve skate is $25. For those who need help staying upright in the rink, a skating aid can be rented for $10. For those who like to boogie on ice, recorded music will play at the rink.
