Little Goat Kitchen + Bakery Opens In Temecula: What To Know
The latest in Temecula's "Goat & Vine," "Two Travelers" restaurants has its soft opening this weekend in the Rancho Temecula Town Center.

TEMECULA, CA — The Little Goat Kitchen + Bakery is slated to open Friday in Temecula, owners Brad and Alicia Trevithick announced. This is an expansion and sister restaurant to The Goat & Vine and Two Travelers Wine Bar, which are both located in Old Town.
The storefront is expected to open on Friday, March 7. Its hours of operation will be 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday at the North Temecula location inside the Rancho Temecula Town Center, 39650 Winchester Road, Suite D, near BevMo.
The kitchen will be the bakery for all three restaurants and fans can expect some of The Goat & Vine's popular menu items, just not Mama's Meatballs.

"Everything is made from scratch daily," Trevithick said. The dedicated bakery is working to perfect breakfast pastries, such as flaky croissants, cinnamon rolls, and breakfast sandwiches. "Plus, we're introducing a complete coffee program, popular sandwiches, salads, 10" pizzas, and other items."
The restaurant offers counter service, indoor seats, a shaded patio, and offerings for a quick grab-and-go. According to their Instagram page, the decor inside is whimsical, with mural-type wallpaper, starburst tile, and a unique vibe.

Fans of Goat & Vine and Two Travelers Wine can expect some familiar favorites on the menu, along with some never-before-released items, as this is considered a "sister restaurant" to the pair and provides all baked goods for all three restaurants.
The secret is the recipes used and improved since they opened their first sandwich shop in town, many years ago.
"We begin with excellent ingredients and a passion for preparing rustic and honest food in our restaurants," they wrote on Instagram. "Whether it’s our fig compote or our freshly baked sourdough. The dishes we serve are made authentically by team members passionate about their work and the quality of the food we serve. Little Goat will be no different. When superior ingredients meet the enthusiasm of our cooks and bakers— magic happens!"
