Motorcyclist Killed In Temecula Crash Was Murrieta Man
The fatal crash was reported Friday near Rancho California and Margarita roads. On Saturday, the coroner released the victim's identity.

TEMECULA, CA — A motorcyclist killed in a Temecula crash late Friday afternoon was a Murrieta resident, according to authorities.
Brian Ladue, 39, was pronounced dead 3 minutes after the 4:44 p.m. crash on Rancho California Road, about 600 feet east of Margarita Road, the coroner reported.
A preliminary investigation by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department indicated that an SUV driver made a left turn out of a business and collided with the motorcyclist.

The SUV driver was sent to an area hospital with minor injuries, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department reported. No other injuries were reported.
It is unknown whether alcohol and/or drugs played a role in the crash, according to the sheriff's department.
