TEMECULA, CA — Temecula's Plato's Closet is closing its doors, and all sales are marked drastically down in price, according to a key employee who declined to be named. Everything in the store was marked down to $5 per item on Tuesday. By Saturday, whatever is remaining will be on sale for $1 per item, they said.

The resale store, located at 41377 Margarita Rd #102, has operated since in the Ring Road area of Promenade Temecula Mall since 2016. It has long been a staple for area residents' closet clean-outs for cash and store credit.

Plato's Closet is a franchise brand under the Winmark national shingle. It buys and sells gently used clothes, shoes, and accessories. According to Winmark, each store is an individually owned franchise.
