'She Sacrificed So Much': Temecula Mother's Day Photo

TEMECULA, CA — Whether it's through their personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, daughters become a reflection of the woman who raised them. With Mother's Day 2019 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter" and "mother-son" lookalike photos. Temecula Patch reader Taylor Walker shared this photo taken at Camp Pendleton of her and her beautiful mom, Joann Do, and shared the following heartfelt message:

"She sacrificed so much for us growing up and worked herself ragged. Now that we’re grown I’m so so grateful my kids have an amazing woman to call grandma and I love knowing that she will always be just a phone call away."
