TEMECULA, CA — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

As the COVID-19 crisis became critical in New York City, with complete disregard for her own personal well being, LeAnn volunteered to go to New York and assist. LeAnn is currently working at the VA Medical Center in Manhattan providing care to critical COVID patients. LeAnn is a true hero!
