TEMECULA, CA — Motorists who need to use southbound Interstate 15 on Tuesday morning may want to first check traffic.

A SigAlert was issued just before 11 a.m. for the stretch of freeway at the Rainbow Scales, and police activity was reported.

Traffic was backed up into Temecula.
