Speakeasy At Europa Village Wineries And Resort Re-Themes At Summer's End

TEMECULA, CA — If you love going to hidden gems in Temecula Valley Wine Country, we've got one for you. Soon, the Cave at Vienza, inside the Europa Village Wineries & Resort, will be remade into the Folklore room, and it won’t be here for long.

The venue will open on Thursday and will remain in the Folklore theme until Aug. 24. It is open Thursday through Sunday only, from 2 to 9 p.m., and is exclusive to those 21 and up.

"We invite you to experience an exclusive pop-up lounge layered in rich texture, warm candlelight, and old-world charm," a winery spokesperson said in a released announcement. "In collaboration with Folklore, renowned for their curated event furnishings and eye for detail, the space features velvet, leather, vintage rugs, and deep, sultry hues.

All serve to set the tone for a magnetic and intimate venue.

Once inside, sip craft cocktails made just for this feast for the senses, savor Italian-inspired small bites, and settle into an atmosphere designed for slow moments and unforgettable evenings.

The Il Cave Lounge, presented by Folklore, will serve cocktails inspired by the moody theme.

Drinks include fun names like Fiore Fresco, Ciao Bella, Spritz Veleziano, Sangue Di Mezcal, and Traccia Di Carta, and of course, an Espresso Martini.

Order from the small bites menu: Italian Focaccia Bruschetta, Marinated Olives and Feta, Sicilian Meatballs, Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon, Gorgonzola and Walnut Stuffed Dates and Stuffed Mushrooms.
