Temecula CRC Splash Pad Opens To Rave Reviews: What To Know
The newest splash pad opened at the Community Recreation Center as warm weather blew into Temecula, making this truly Temecula's water park.

TEMECULA, CA—The City of Temecula's newest splash pad, located at the Community Recreation Center pool at Ronald Reagan Sports Park, is open.
The splash pad is alongside the community pool, which is located at 30875 Vista Road. Although the hours of operation may vary, they are typically open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Last week, the city held its grand opening, complete with brightly colored fixtures that spray and splashing fountains that bubble.

The prime fixture is a giant "fillable" beachball that can dump water on those below, and numerous slides for kids to enjoy.

"The brand new Splash Pad at the CRC is officially," Temecula City Councilmember Zak Schwank said. "Bring your family and friends to cool off, splash around, and enjoy some fun in the sun."

The CRC Splash Pad and the Eagle's Soar splash pad at Mike Naggar Community Park are both free at present. However, according to the city, that will change in the summer months. While Eagle's Soar is always free, the new CRC Splash Pad will charge a small fee during "open swim," according to a park spokesperson. The charges would start on or around June 7 during the summer months.
The price of your Temecula water park will vary during "public swim times," but will remain $1 for residents and $5 for non-residents. That will include access to the pool, jump boards, waterslides, and splash pad.
