Temecula Creek Golf Club Hosts Lessons With Pros To Aid LA Fire Relief
The Drive to Rebuild will include a PGA Pro Lesson Day on Jan. 30. What to know.

TEMECULA, CA — To aid rebuilding and relief efforts following the fires that devastated Los Angeles, the Temecula Creek Golf Club will hold a fundraiser offering golf lessons with PGA pros on Jan. 30.
Drive to Rebuild: PGA Pro Lesson Day will offer guests individual hourly lessons between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. for those aged 6 and older. Any skill level is welcome to participate. Lessons will cost a minimum donation of $125.
All proceeds will go to the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region to support relief efforts. To book your time slot, call 951-676-2405.

Lessons will be hosted by pros who have competed on pro tours and taught thousands of golfers. Here's the lineup of instructors:
- Steve Saunders - Temecula Creek Golf Club’s Director of Instruction
- Peter Wininger - PGA, Director of Golf
- Shawn Larson - PGA, Staff Instructor
- Ryan Leuer - PGA, Head Golf Professional
- Jay Navarro - PGA, Assistant Golf Professional
- Troy Gaston - PGA, Golf Instructor
All proceeds raised will join funds gathered last week by the Pechanga Tribe, owners of Temecula Creek Golf Club and Temecula Creek Inn. Pechanga contributed $500,000 toward the American Red Cross, the World Central Kitchen, the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation and the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region, the golf club said.

The Eaton and Palisades fires are still smoldering in LA, about 85 miles from Temecula. The Eaton fire was 91% contained and the Palisades fire was 68% contained as of Wednesday.
