Temecula Partners With Mission Of Hope In Week Of Service In January

Temecula residents are invited to give back to those in need through contributions of both non-perishable food items and essential items.

TEMECULA, CA—The City of Temecula is asking the community to partner with it and the Mission of Hope to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy of service and community. According to a recent news release, the city will hold a weeklong donation drive in January.

"This initiative invites residents to give back to those in need through generous contributions of both non-perishable food items and essential personal care products. Donations will be accepted at the Welcome Center (located at 28690 Mercedes Street, Suite 101) during designated hours.

Monday, Jan. 20, 2025: 9 a.m. – noon
Tuesday, Jan. 21 – Friday, Jan. 24: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

"The City is accepting a variety of non-perishable food items and non-food essentials. These donations will help support individuals and families in need throughout the community. The following items are greatly appreciated:
