She taught both of my kids for 2nd grade at Temecula Preparatory School.

What does this person teach?

Second grade

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Mrs Mejia goes above and beyond her normal jobs to present excellent day to day teaching. She has all her lessons available on the computer as well on paper. During covid she made sure each of her students were thriving and went out of her way to make sure that they were getting the instructions that they needed

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Mrs. Mejia is an absolutely amazing teacher. She gives her entire heart to her kids. Her kids absolutely blossom under her tutelage, and my kids learned so much under her. They still quote things that she taught them. I have yet to meet a child or guardian who doesn't love here! She is always available for all her kids and gives her 110% every day.
