• Welner returns as Tiburon's mayor with traffic focus (thearknewspaper.com) — Tiburon Councilmember Jon Welner has been selected to serve as the town’s mayor in 2026, pledging to make this “the year” for tackling Tiburon’s traffic congestion. He and new Vice Mayor Isaac Nikfar will also prioritize park improvements and climate action as the council’s leadership rotates for the coming year.
