Man sentenced to life without parole for 2022 Porterville murder (kmph.com) — A Tulare County jury’s conviction has led to a life-without-parole sentence for Douglas Paul in a 2022 Porterville shooting that killed a woman in her vehicle. Investigators used witness accounts, GPS data, and ballistics to link Paul and an accomplice to the crime, with the accomplice already sentenced to 17 years to life.
