• Two teens arrested in Yucca Valley after alleged attempts at auto theft and spitting on officer (z1077fm.com) — Deputies responded to reports of car break-ins along Twentynine Palms Highway in Yucca Valley, where six vehicles were vandalized and several ignition systems damaged. Two teens were arrested on suspicion of attempted vehicle theft, and one also faces a resisting arrest allegation after reportedly spitting on a deputy, who was treated at the scene.
