Calling All Artists! Win $300 in Logo Contest

The Art Association of the East Bay is calling on the community to submit designs that match the nonprofit organization's mission and work.

The Art Association of the East Bay is calling on the community to help design their new logo.

Led by Union City artist Lilia Reynoso, the organization aims to support and develop art activities in the East Bay. The association has hosted several art exhibits and mural projects throughout the East Bay, and has plans to establish a regional art center and annual student scholarship.

Though the individuals involved in the AAEB are all artists, Reynoso wanted to reach out to the entire community.

“We chose to look outside of our group of artists and, instead, have a logo contest because we are a community organization, thus we want to include the larger art community in this process,” Reynoso said.

All submissions must be representative of the art association’s work.
