City Launches "Community View" Mapping Website
The Geographic Information System's Community View page allows the public to find property info and view interactive maps.

The Geographic Information System Community View page is now live on the City’s website: http://www.ci.union-city.ca.us/commdev/community_view.html
Community View is a mapping and data information website, which allows the public to access property information (lot acreage, building square footage, year built, etc.) and see interactive maps showing:

- Medical Facilities
- Street Lights
The site is linked to the Planning Division page under “property information” and a button will soon be added to the City’s homepage to take visitors to the Community View site. The landing page includes instructions for how to use Community View, as well as disclaimer language that users must accept before viewing the site.
